Membership Plans

Full Care — $139/month

Essential care for hormone optimization and long-term health.

Medication pricing for both tiers

• Injectable testosterone: included in membership plus shipping.
• All other compounded medications: billed at cost plus a $10 medication management fee and shipping.

For local retail pharmacy: No additional fee, billed through your pharmacy. Note: insurance may cover certain medications at retail pharmacies, depending on the individual plan.
